The Arran Boat

This is a recent example of a video I did for a customer.

Dave Courtney runs Courtney Dulcimer Shop out of his home in Gladstone, MO. He specializes in the hammered dulcimer, and his services include instruction in the instrument, sales and rentals.

Dave hired me to produce instructional videos for him, and this is the first. The song is "The Arran Boat," a traditional Scottish waltz.

The overlays of the different chords were done in Photoshop, using a still photo of the dulcimer at the angle from which the video was shot as my base.
