Mike Czerniewski has performed the duties of an intern at KCPT, starting in January of 2012.  These duties include; camera work, lighting design and rigging, teleprompter, and grip.  Mike performed these duties at an exemplary level for our weekly public affairs programs, "Ruckus," "Kansas City Week in Review" and the "Local Show."  In addition Mike has also worked on both live studio productions and multi-camera remotes.

 

Mike has proven to be an excellent member of our production crew.  He has been prompt, extremely hard working, and has shown an ability to anticipate the next step in the production process.  He has demonstrated a special affinity for camera work both studio and remote and excelled in studio setups and lighting.

 

I would highly recommend Mike's character and job performance and anticipate him being successful in any endeavor he applies himself to.

Michael Czerniewski has worked on plenty of short and feature film projects with me.  He has always been helpful in every position he has held.  Michael has learned a lot about production, and he is always willing to learn new production techniques whenever necessary.  I have also learned some aspect of film making from him, as well.  He has always been an asset to all the productions we both were involved in.
